Japan Earthquake/Tsunami Relief in Doha?

Wondering if there are any collection points for Material/Money Donations or Charity group in Doha doing the Japan Tsunami/Earthquake Relief ?? Anyone know of any of the Charity Group/s doing this drive? or how can we start one? Thanks!

Yes as many rucksacks u can manage I guess. We've been trying to locate something like this (donations for Japan) in Doha and so far this is what has come up. The US base is organizing them to be brought over.

Hope to reach the people in the tsunami hit areas where everything they have, have been washed away and destroyed.

You may want to add thermal vests to that - it is freezing and snowing now. How many rucksacks can one family donate and have you got somebody to fly them over?

A developed country as in: a country with a relatively high per capita income, where most people have a higher standard of living with access to more goods and services than most people in developing countries. DEFINITELY

Japanese never ask help from anyone, but they help others / Countries...Good Country & People

Collection for Japan at Coloumbus Cafe in Villagio between 10-11am.

Collecting RUCKSACKS for the homeless kids in Japan affected by this devastion.

Rucksack should prefably include:-

Fleece Blanket

Sketch Pad

Stickers

Colored Pencils

Sharpener

Small Ball

Toothpaste

Toothbrush

Lotion

Chap Stick

Brush/Comb

Treats!

Since this didn't occur in the subcontinent, there won't be much interest hereabouts for charity and relief efforts. You'd be better off making online donations
