Hey there I am goin to italy(rome&florence) on the 1st oct for 4 days,Do u have suggestions for the places i should visit there, and how much pocket money i should have??
I am a traveller and I normally search the places I want to visit through internet in order for me to know what I expect when I get there. I have been to Rome and I visited lots of great places only by walking. Very practical but try also to avail the bus package to see the whole city.
Florence has a lot to offer especially for young people. I went to Florence to learn Italian and had a great time. Go to the Ponte Vecchio (Old Bridge) it is famous and so are many of the churches because of their old paintings. Check out Florence on the internet.
Rome has a lot to offer too, take a map of the city and go to the Forum Romanum, and that area, then go to the Coloseum this you will find very interesting, Spanish steps is where the youth collect, my most fond memories are from there. Enjoy
...and made for shopping.but take care, its expensive.
lol.i think if you are intrested in history you will find many intresting places there.but the traffic for example is same crazy as in doha.so you will feel home.
