It's only a rumor...unless youre holding the money in your hands or the salary increase is there in your bank account then it's the time you believe such rumors

The raise might be from 2000-4000 depends on your grade & your Annual Performance appraisal

No, not only Qatari government Employees. It will be a unified Human Resources Law that is applicable to All ministries & authorities. Details have been announced in all arabic newspapers yeterday
