Infant dylasis surgery

I might have to get my infant 5 months old undergo a surgery to properly install her left hip which is currently out of socket,

We were refereed by Al Ahli to Dr. Alla in Hamad hospital who i understand is one of the very good orthopedic in Qatar.

However, wanted to seek your experience if anyone can recommend or have done similar treatment in Qatar?

Hopefully we will not have to do surgery but just in case i want to be prepared.

What options we have for infants orthopedic in Qatar? or what are the other alternatives around region.

If I have to go for surgery is Pakistan better vs Qatar? We have some very good qualified Drs in Pakistan.
