Indian Brain . . . (Very Interesting)

Indian Brain . . .
This is not a story but a true incident that happened in USA.*
An Indian man walked into a bank in New York City one day and asked for
the loan officer.
He told the loan officer that he was going to India on business for two
weeks and needed to borrow $5,000.
The bank officer told him that the bank would need some form of
security for the loan. The Indian man handed
over the keys to a new Ferrari parked on the street in front of the
bank. He produced the title and everything
checked out.
The loan officer agreed to accept the car as collateral for the loan.
The bank's president and its officers all enjoyed a good laugh at the
Indian for using a $250,000 Ferrari as
collateral against a $5,000 loan.
An employee of the bank then drove the Ferrari into the bank's
underground garage and parked it there.
Two weeks later, the Indian returned, repaid the $5,000 and the
interest, which came to $15.41.
The loan officer said, "Sir, we are very happy to have had your
business, and this transaction has worked out very
nicely, but we are a little puzzled. While you were away, we checked
you out and found that you are a multi
millionaire. What puzzles us is, why would you bother to borrow
"$5,000"
The Indian replied: "Where else in New York City can I park my car for
two weeks for only $15.41 and expect it to be there when I return'"
Ah, the brain of the Indian... This is why India is shining . . .

Cool ah...? I wish I had an expensive car.

i know that maths is little bit hard but there is some Equations wich are impossible to solve some of them:

indian + ferrari = ?

bedou + landcruiser = ?

pakistani + pickup = ?

show them to enstein and he will not be able to solve!!!

did nobody ask themselves when Great White Sharks learnt to 'tread water', and so be able to stop still and 'pose' for the photo with the two 'unsuspecting tourists'?

(This has ref. to a previous 'spoof' reported on QL).

Hey, it's good that we get all these UL's on QL - first time I've seen it.

QL - home of the UL.

Not so much an urban legend as a joke. It has been around a long time. I thought it sounded familiar. I had received this joke a long time ago in an e-mail, but it was a blonde who made the loan. Go down a little on the page it is the 3rd one. Sorry if I bursted anyone's bubble.

the tale is true but it was a bit different. Firstly the guy was egyptian-american. Second, he was on vacation in egypt for 1 month. but the tale is based on a true story...

amnesia does have apoint there... if the guy has a ferrari and is a ulti millionarie he must have soem kind of secure garage... and can you stop changing stories and fabricating the truth to make indians look better? I was in USA at the time and the guy was egyptian. But like i said i dont know how come he didnt have a secure house or mansion. anyways...

Another "story" being passed into folklore. So many reasons why it wouldnt have happened.

Nice tale though.
