So,is Tuesday's meeting is confirmed ?...And as U have told its more than 30 members who have listed pls. let us know how U will fianlise the 24.It would be embarrasing if some one is left out on the day itself.As U r planning it for Fun there should not be embarassing situation for anyone.And trust me there would be some confusions as some people who promised will not turn out due to some reasons and keep the No. of players more than 11 also if more people turn as its a fun event.

I can attend the expected meeting on Tuesday. The ground you mentioned at QGC is huge with more than 10 concrete pitches. It is little faraway and remote.

Alright a quick change in timing of the match people,

I have thought about it and I think if we start the match at 1600hrs we cant finish it by dim of light...so we start the match at 1500hrs sharp...so we can finish it within time and have a good game...

New TIME OF MATCH: 1500hrs, (3pm)

Hey Gud idea..... but if we gonna start the match at 16:00 then there is no use of playing because we wont be able to complete the match in day light....!!!! It should be earlier..... or sometime in the morning......!!!!!
