If not the dog then the Car will get you
Man hit by car after fleeing dog
A 35-year-old Indian man suffered from serious injuries when he was knocked over by a car as he tried to escape a dog chasing him in Kuwait.
The man was walking back home in the City when the massive dog emerged from nowhere, bared its teeth and barked before running after him.
“The man was so frightened that he ran away and tried to cross a busy street as the dog ran after him…he was hit by a car and rushed to hospital in a serious condition,”
It did not make clear if the dog escaped the accident or whether it would be charged by the police for causing that accident

I so know how he must have felt. In fact I think I may have nearly got myself into such freak accidents too, back in Sri Lanka, where it is quite common to be attacked and chased by stray rabid dogs. The fact that the animal is so fierce and probably sick with rabies makes em truly terrifying to encounter. Hope he recovers soon..
indeed a sad incident ....
My reaction was exactly the opposite. I went into urinary retention and had to be catheterized hahahaha.
Very Sad!
did you manage to get a new pair of underpants ?
hahaha this is sad but the title of the thread is hilarious lol..i was laughing before i even clicked it..god help that poor guy recover soon..and someone catch that dog lol..stray animals are so rare in these countries that when you do encounter one, it usually ends like this lol..sorry but i still can't stop laughing..that's what i'd call a bad day lol
I know the kind of terrible reflex one has in such a situation. Once I was going toward the riverside in my village. It was morning but the dark of the night had yet not lifted completely. I was sleepy and a dreadful silence prevailed all around me. It was horrifying to hear my own footsteps so loudly. Then just like in this situation, suddenly I felt something sniffing at one of my ankles. Before I could look at it, I heard a thunderrlike bark. It was a a cheetah size black dog. I was scared to death. I shouted at the top of my lungs, completely out of reflex: "Go Away!" The dog did not bite me but just started running while still barking. I tried to take a step, but my legs would just not let me. As soon as I came out of the terror spell, I looked around to see if anyone had witnessed this embarassing scene. I then leapt to get a large stone to pelt the dog with, but it had already gone too far by the time.
No, but there are dogs, cars, and Indians in Qatar. That's why it's relevant (I hear them say).
