After the face to face interview, and also a phone interview how many days does a company usually let you know if you got the job or not. What are your past experiences on this topic, please share, thanks in advance ladies and gents.
Depends on the Company's urgency to fill the post. Furthermore they might have interviewed other applicants for the same post and will be verifying whom they will appoint. If the posting is not urgent it will take bit long for them to get back to you.
Well it depends upon the company and urgency of that post. But usually most of the companies take longer than any country. I can give you my example. I resigned and left Qatar last year in August. But I applied again for the same post and company in November last year. The company who already knew me, took 3 months to decide. Now I am selected again and my visa is in process for 4 weeks :)
Middle East is famous for its slow hiring procedures. So be patient!!!!!
I know people who are called back within the week and end up signing the contract six months later because of slow HR processes. Others are told at the end of the month and then sign their contract quickly afterwards.
I've also experienced being told at the end of an interview that the company would like to hire me, only to never hear from them again. (!)

In short, it really depends on the company.
Good luck.
I think it was from May 1 until October 1 for my husband a few years ago! Well, to be accurate, from the interview to the contract with the $ part!
