If you go to the police, they can find the phone number that is linked to his QID and call him for collection. There is no need for you to advertise personal sensitive data on the web.

It was not necessary to print his age .. may be he won't like 'some' others to know about it .. just a point ..

i am sure there must be a lost and found section ...where lost items such as i.d cards....passports or any such imporant documents can be submitted and the owner then can be contacted by phone or e-mail to claim the same....i am sure it will help a lot of people...anyways well done friend
