How to setup LQ300+ii to auto tear off

How to setup EPSON LQ 300+II impact printer auto tear off.. step by step guide will be great. I have tried the user guide but it's complected. I don't know where i'm going with it. I tried several times by printing fonts selection print then up to current printer settings page. but it's not done.. help me if you can..
