How much is too much?

I believe we make our own choices and if something is no longer making you happy then it is time to let it go, whatever it is x

apply to every thing in life ... money, love, adventure ...time ... work ..

when whatever your over indulging in is no longer giving you the pleasure it did :)

logicsays...i wish i have the answer so that il start the countdown now. my decision depends on several factors and some of them are uncertain.

Five children would be too much for me.

Four drinks every day would be too much for me.

three slaps on face a week would be too much for me.

Two million dollars a day would be too much for me.

One bullet would be too much for me.

But it's all relative, of course.

Depends on the situation... if u dont need it that much then spend that much.,,. but... as we are all experiencing the situation happening around the globe try to tie the knot tightly...........

i got your point. greener pasture vs your country where your family and friends are there. i myself cant tell as of now when will i say goodbye to Doha. its not practical yet. its a matter of time when i say its enough and il get outta here fast!

looking for greener pastures .. while one can be doing well here, you may be missing on what is happening home .. even business wise .. you can loose your touch and find your seld unemployable when it is time to go back home ...

Another thing is how much can one take being a foreigner in another country ... and how much is too much?

logicsays...its your prerogative. its hard to get the best advise on when you draw the line. what i may say is too excessive may be just enough for somebody else. if you're thinking of going home it depends on what purpose you came to Doha and whether it has satisfied you. if not then you can ak yourself what will you be doing if you go back. its your choice and be ready with the risks.

i agree with expat...it depends on your perspective in life. if you live a day like a millionaire then you can blow away what's inside your pocket. or if you been through life's hardships then you analyze first before you spend a penny.

Its what makes you happy. I have a friend who i've known since school. He blows all his money on booze and good living.. his motto - You can't take it with you..

there are others who scrimp and save for a rainy day and are as miserable as sin..

I will never say too much money for me ... :-) I will always be able to spend it somehow ... believe me !
