How are Gulf citizens treated in Qatar???

Hi everybody,
To all the Qatari's and expats who deal with gulf citizens, are they treated as equal in the workforce, do they get the same benefits (salaries, allowances from companies) as the locals here get, do they rise up in the corporate ladder or are they like us (european,asian ... expats) that do the work for the qatari's and the qatari's take all the credit????

There's a lot of politics between the different Gulf Arabs. For instance Saudi's are generally not hired outside of Saudi and Qatari's aren't hired anywhere but here, etc.
nothing wrong with their treatment to other nationality. it depends on how other people behave towards them! when we arrive here? from the beginning local people are very friendly until now, we've been here for 7 months, haven't bump to any serious bad people at all! don't know about the other people comments and complain. if you ask me? it's all according to your behavior.
Just keep dancing, it will do you good!
