Hoteliers blocking street by double parking

We the residents of Bin Mahmood are facing a big problems from Hoteliers. As there are three hotels & one car showroom opened in our vicinity, these hoteliers provide valet parking to the customers. At times they disturb the way to access basement parking. One more hotel is yet to open to make the situation worse. We tried calling 999 but no one comes to fine these vehicle, they just ignore saying they can't understand the address. The situation is bad every evening between 7.00 to 11.00 pm & worst on Thursday, Friday & Saturday as some of them are open till morning 4.00 am.

Secondly, two of these hoteliers have a generator with fuel tank installed besides them & you can find fuel spilled around the tank while refilling, this may catch fire anytime due to a careless smoker or heat. This is also causing air & noise pollution as this generators are running round the clock, people staying on first to fifth floor on Liwan Plaza can't open there windows for fresh air. I don't know whether running generator like this of officially allowed by Kharama?

I request the concern authority to look into the problem at their earliest.

I have attached & marked the area on the Map for your convenience.

Even I have always had a tough time in Bin Mohmoud and Bin Omran-Fareej Kulaib streets coz of the restaurants taking order from the car occupants right in the middle of the road..... I do love going to the restaurants but then creating a problem for others is not agreable..... nd m sure the cops are aware of the problems these areas are facing.... but they turn a blind eye...... wonder whats the reason!!!

The hoteliers will be having prominent Sponsors to stop any such legal actions. I am living in a flat near to a second hand car showroom where most of the car parking area is occupied by the showroom cars. Some shopkeepers next to them including Arabs were not able to change the situation and we all who lives next to it are really finding it difficult to get parking in the evening.

In qatar day by day and person to person and company to company rules change. So you cant tel this is correct and that is wrong. The one corret today may be wrong enxt day. and what is wrong for me may be correct for another. So it is better you make a complaint to kahrama and also for baladiyah. Cos today in one threat I read that Tinkerbell was teling her apartment one smoker even fined by baladiyah for smoking in corridoor. So please try them, or you visit traffic police with this location map and make a complaint.all the best....

if you want to reach to your work , you are spending lot of waisting time on the streets and then you reach late , and may lose your job because of the traffic , and the people here drive on their mood not on driving rules , infrastructures need review ..

I believe this is legal as long as they have a permit.
