Honda MRV

I bought a HONDA MRV just after before EID . I need some expert advice on

1. Mileage . I was told by DOMASCO that it gives upto 9 KM to a litre of Unleaded Petrol. But i have managed only 4 KM/Litre. Should I wait till my 1st service at 1000 KM? The OdoMetre is at 750 KM now.

2. Dune Bashing capabilities. Going by the manual, I have not tried it out yet. Waiting till my 1st service .

3. Extra tips. Any helpful tips are welcome. This is my 1st Offroader/4wheel drive.

Will much appreciate any advice.

1. Mileage will improve is engine is run in. Give it time.

2. The MRV is a car-based 4X4 and and doesn't have low-range gearing as a proper off-road vehicle should. I wouldn't advise dune-bashing per se but you can take it off road.

3. Like all 4X4s it has a higher center of gravity so take it easy around corners! It weighs more than a car so take that into account while braking as braking distances are longer.
