HELP! There's a sick cat in our hallway!
I hope someone can help me with some ideas as to what to do with the little kitten that made its way into our communal hallway. It's grey and tiny and it can't see very well as it keeps on bumping into the stairs and neighbours doors, especially the left eye doesn't look too good. I've given it some milk, water and food and it's now having a nap in the hallway. I don't want to take into my flat as I've got children and the cat doesn't really look too well. And it can't wait beyond tomorrow as the cleaners will be back cleaning and I'm worried that they might let it out. I may be able to delay it for a day or two but I doubt they'll tolerate it any longer than that as it's already passed stools (diarrhoea) in a corner.
Never had a pet hence my complete ignorance.
Can I take it to Qaws and give them money towards the treatments that it needs??
Hope I can get some prompt answer to this very pressing matter. Thanks
Please look at the other thread about this kitten to see what advice has already been given.
Cats in Qatar has rescued cats and kittens in need of good homes if anyone is interested in giving a cat/kitten much like this one a second chance. Many have similar stories to this one and have been nursed back to health, medicaly treated, vaccinated etc. If this little kitten makes it he/she will also be advertized in CIQ

In the meantime please try to take it inside and put it in a amall area (small bathroom is perfect, or laundry or storage room) unitl it can be collected. Give it something to sleep on also.
Please don't give the kitten milk...it gives them diarrhoea...just give water and food.
