one of my friend used to work in 5 star hotel 7 years back , one day they were having day off and they drink in Sheraton hotel , midnight his close friend call him to pick up him he went from hotel , but he did an accident there was no one except my friend he was driving , tomorrow morning he found himself in police custody. He paid 1000 Qatari riyal penalties and then he started his job again. he went for vacation but he did not came back , after 4 and half years he came back to another sponsor , he paid sponsorship for new visa , but new his sponsor says he can’t stamp Resident permit because he have police case , then his new sponsors PRO took him Deportation camp and put him there ( out Jail ) he stayed Deportation camp 25 days ,Now He does not have Resident permit and he wants resident permit
what is the best suggestions to him ?
Is this his fault ?
Is there any chances to have him resident Permit ?
It's something for a lawyer to answer.
I'm no expert in these cases (not a lawyer either) but from what I know, your friend is the only one to blame why he's in jail.
When he left for vacation and failed to come back, he not only abandoned his job, he also escaped the responsibilities he was supposed to face when he had that car accident.
You tell us that after 4 and a half years, everything is forgotten?
I think you need to consult the/your embassy for this...
