Help me with Q*Sallah messages

I need a help..Since i bought my Hala card , I allways receive a message at the prayer hour . I call Qtel several times and sended a various text message to cancell this service but it is impossible. Someone knows what I can do? ..
And also I guess that when I receive a msg my credit go down.
