Help! I need a full time housemaid!

Hello All ! I have come here before for help and have been lucky! We need a full time housekeeper. I would love some advice from those who have done this. Should I go through an agency? I have mixed feelings about them. I am really looking to find one that someone has had and is now returning home and their housekeeper needs a job! I am not particular about nationality, but an English speaker is helpful! We would sponsor and offer a place to live. Please pass on your thoughts and ideas!
