Your 89QR sunlamp? I have the same one. Thanks to the good folk of QL alerting us to last years great heater shortage, I bought mine when I saw it about 2 months ago. And guess what - back then it was 59QR!
I can just see you there with your sunlamp and forgetting to turn it off before retiring...getting awakened with this lovely red glow from mid chest to hairline...lmao...
PaulR...if you are concerned about the moisture loss when using a heater(actually the heater can't absorb the moisture from your body but can cause you to lose moisture, which I think is what Bond007 meant), use a vaporizer to replace the moisture in the air..you can even put in an essential oil which can help with breathing or relaxation such as eucalyptus or lavender. Will help also if you are having nasal problem due to the dryness, such as nose bleeds. Good luck finding heater!!
Do not buy the cheap heaters from Carrefore. We bought 5 in total a few months ago. (2 x Oil Heaters and 3 x Convection Heaters)......Out of the the five we bought, 1 x Oil heater and 2 x Convection heaters caught fire in the first 2 weeks. If we hadnt been in the two rooms at the time it could have been so so much worse. I cant mention names but I have " found " an article from the press, albeit, 3 years old, that might cause concern!
"PARIS (AFX) - Carrefour has ordered a recall of oil-filled electric room heaters in Portugal made under its Bluesky brand after the heaters were found to leak oil".
Im not stupid enough to blame the brand in the article, but for my childrens sake, all our childrens sake, think on.
Carrefour's response when we returned them, "we have to send them away for checks...."
Do yourselves a favour buy some extra duvets and cuddle up.....its safer and more fun.
Oh...and if the Peninsula wants to make a story out of this, Im lying, Ive made it all up, so go somewhere else yeah!
Humanity is simply a parade of fools....and im right at the front twirling the biggest baton anyones ever seen.
I saw selling heaters in Al-Meera Co-Operative Society of Al- Mansoura. Try there u will get it. One morething using heaters is not good becoz it will absorb water contents from ur body. Believe me i don't use heater.....
