HEALTH CARD FOR BABY

Guys, i usually send my 1 and half son in Pediatrics Emergency Center (PEC) using the his Green Card whenever he is sick. But in the news last week, all children must have a health card when going to PEC. What are the requirements in applying Children's Health Card?

u will need :

baby's passport copy, Id card, one photo and 100 riyals cash and take it to any health centre nd u'll get it done asap.
