I find it ridiculous how one man is sentenced to one year in prison for raping a teenage girl, yet another is sentenced to 5 years for attempted rape!!!! Can someone please explain this to me? 
You don't know how many stories I have heard from females in Doha of cops stopping them to ask for their number! It is so unprofessional.
i just dont understand why those people are such a bad person...today i got chase by police and i stop the car into some little street. I thought i was doing somthing wrong but he only want to know me and my number...
The other night i was eating at thai snack with my gf, i saw there is two arab looking guy waiting for the food to take away. after one hour we left the resto, we found this two guys racing our car and give a light all the time.
We turned to starbucks and this guys still following us, we got freak out and decided to go home. On the way home they still following, even worsed they raced my car next to it, so dangerous. I decided to stop and take camera. I got closer to them and my gf try to take the picture and scream at them "hey i will report you to police "
hehehehehe they were speeding and left us finally!
but the attempted rape on the female was a filipina, the poor teenage girl that actually was raped was indian, in terms of Qatari law I doubt they would distinguish between different categories of Asians.
I think it has a lot to do with the nationality of the victim. Had certain other nationalities been the victim, the penalty might have been much higher.
