has anyone noticed...??
Has anyone noticed, specially 1st timers who approach driving schools to obtains licence have to pay the instructor a nominal sum other than the the course fee.
And Suppose the Instructor is not happy with the sum, he threatens saying that you might fail the exams, the police will not favour you and blah blah.... and make you mentally depressed.
Freshers normally are the victims of here, they pay nearly 500 - 1000 bucks additionally to the course fee, where if not paid, the instructor is not keen in instructing you, he misleads you, etc.
I too was threatened, but I took the risk, ultimately passing all tests in 1 shot (12 day course). later my instructor came to me and said that even though I did not offer him, he supported by recommending me to the policeman (which i am sure he did nothing...)
In South Asian Countries this is truly happening, and has to happen if not we cant get things done fast, but here in qatar where bribe and offering incentives is long heared?? Hmm..??
