Wanted to go and watch the parade. But just couldn't get out of bed. Now I can hear the planes and wish I had made the effort :(

Roast potatoes Brit. Roughly cut to ensure plenty of sharp edges on the potatoes that will burn a little when cooked, slightly boiled. Shaken in the pan to fluff them a little, they coated in goose fat, rosemary, salt and black pepper. Then roasted at 220 degrees until crispy. Yum yum.

well im in the office, because in this "first world" country, internet at my app block was/is dead,.and the tv channels are all f*****d up after the little bit of rain earlier this week
