I recently had a full head of blonde highlights (foils) done at Bio-Bil near City Center and they are fantastic!! The lady I had was called Evelyn and she was great. She even blow-dried my hair afterwards and it looked great (even if I do say so myself!)
I have shoulder length hair which is curly and there is a lot of hair! even then it only cost 300 qr which I thought was great as it was cheaper than I pay back in Australia.
even if u do find a good hair stylist, ask as many questions as you want with them, bcos most of the salons will be providing the service you are looking for, but they will be happy and ready to experiment with your hair, most of the times they will give u vague answers bcos they themselves dont know how the products work.
they just want to catch your hair and color it happy.
so do your research, esp if you have already tinted/highlighted your hair before, you would know a few details, be sure to ask them the right questions, if they convince you that they know what they are doing, then all the best with lovely highlights/tints.
