IF THE CONCERNED AUTHORITIES WHO HAVE THE RIGHTS TO RESTORE OR RENOVATE HAS NOTHING TO DO ABOUT IT, DO WE? LET THE PROPER AUTHORITIES DECIDE IF THEY DONT WANT TO FIX ORRY, THEN ITS THEIR PROBLEM NOT OURS...
