Scary - and actually what I have feared and one of the reasons I have not put a single dime into anything here in the Middle East. When legislation is up to date and laws are honoured then it might be time to do it. But again then again the US might have already attacked Iran and Iran have retaliated towards all it's enemies and there are no Property market left :(
