full insurance

Hi !
Couple weeks ago , i had a traffic accident,my fault, with my fully insured car(rent).bUT thE rentacar company told me that i have to pay 1500qr to start procedure(repairing) by the insurance company.now the rentacar company asking for 1400qr for the damage that i have to pay %30. is this the right procedure or am i getting screwed by the company. all i know is the car i used was fully insured.why do i have to pay if the car is fully insured?
do you guys know what is going on ?

i cant say that. cause the agreement was in arabic iwas badly needed a car so i didnt even think that.my friend says the car is old. over 90000km i dont think that old anyway.i better buy a car that is less costly.

Was it fully insured with no excess ? You may find you signed an agreement with a QR3000 excess
