The photo was not taken at a restaurant.
In feasts at the Amir's house, and at the Diwan Amiri, the remaining food is always distributed to the poor, and some employees would eat from it and take some home.
guys the think i want to highlight is SHOWOFF. Why they have to slaughter so many animals just for few hours of feast.

Moreover, I'm quiet sure that still large quantity of this meat will end up in garbage. Guys, haven't u seen how food is wasted into dustbins in leading restaurants. They never pack it & give to poors. It always endsup in garbage.

Local newspapers have hightlighted the wastage of food so many times in the past stating that customers order so much but eat very less. Therefore, the restaurants have to throw them in the garbage bags.
we should never waste food..we are lucky we have food to eat while the others dont have..
This video has gutted me every time I see it.
Makes me think how fortunate we are, and also how ungrateful. The smiles on those kids faces was a wonderful thing to see but the circumstances surrounding it are heart-wrenching.

The people on the table may eat 5% of it, but other people will eat the rest.
