sewerage. Waters caused too much flooding in the city, my opinion is to address these first before building the skylines. Besides, there are also complains about parking.

These had many to do with that to ensure smooth flow of vehicles and pedestrians.

Well, maybe the two are entirely different unless you fly a chopper.

"Fix the Roads before building Skyscrapers!" This is not caused by roads. Besides, what does it have to do with the skyscrapers? Two entirely different objects.

The problem is that that design it for most of the year, saying:

1- Qatar is Hot.

2- It never rains.

3- We can handle it if it rains.

This is not true. Even if it's for 3 weeks, we need a proper drainage system (we don't have any kind of drainage system where I live)

The problem is not the drainage infrastructure but the lack of regualr maintenance of these drainage system.
