Yeah, they fix everything to be fixed again and again and again.
My son attends the college- there was an incident recently from a malfunctioning AC- it was supposed to have been fixed but evidently it hadn't been fixed. He said the place was full of smoke- thank god he escaped without injury.
Qatar is a "hot" country, I guess.
