Hmm I am sure people trafficing does go on but I can tell you plenty do it for cash - believe it or not - not just in Qatar of course but all over.

I met one once in a not so salubrious establishment in Singapore. She got talking and told me she had paid for her visa and airfare herself and had come in to earn cash. I asked if others did this and she said many did bcause in one night they could earn a month or two's salary. One or two trips a year and she could feed her family etc.

I am not passing a moral judgement on them - im just saying often it's economic pressure rather then a pimp or trafficing ring a lot of the time.

Lets look at the economics of it. One or two months salary in a night??

It has been suggested that victims of human trafficking are exposed to sexually transmittable diseases including HIV/AIDS.

Trafficking victims are also exposed to different psychological problems. They suffer social alienation in the host and home countries. Stigmatization, social exclusion and intolerance make reintegration into local communities difficult. The governments offer little assistance and social services to trafficked victims upon their return. As the victims are also pushed into drug trafficking, many of them face criminal sanctions.

I agree with your observation but I think it's exaggerated. Actually, it's not only Filipina but a lot of other nationalities doing the same "thing" or what seems to be "flirting" with other nationalities.

Yes, it offend us seeing these Filipinas doing their "thing" but they are only few. I see the other nationalities more rude and "highly flirtitious" moves specifically when already drunk.

We feel very sorry for ol the Filipina hookers her in qatar. They destroying all the good deeds of other filipina and filipino here in Qatar. Maybe they are uneducated or just a maid here in qatar, thats why they take money in exchange for sexual pleasures. This Unethical lifestyle is against our culture, and it doesn't mean that all filipina are like that. Not all filipina are hookers and bitches. We want all of you to know that Filipino community are very sorry for them.
