feeling fatigue
Anybody complaining of fatigue, weakness, no matter how many hours you sleep you are always tired. It looks like many people have the same problem.
The remarkable thing is that I don't feel the same in my country. I force myself to sleep more in the morning but I cannot, so I wake up at 6am very fresh.
While here in Doha I can stay asleep till 11am and yet not having enough sleep.
So what's wrong with Doha?
thats because we get a day off with a doc's prescription..
Yes I am a doctor and I don't think it is a medical condition. I have many many patients coming with the same complain, and I usually do a lot of investigations including vitamin D test, some patients are already taking multi-vitamin supplements. It is not a medical condition.
Why does vitamin D deficiency disappear when I am back in my country?
I didn't say that I get up at 11am, I said “I can stay asleep till 11am and yet not having enough sleep” that is when I have my off day but usually I have work and I should get up 7am every day.
Lack of physical activity and being in A/C the whole day doesn't help.
sometimes fatigue is related to the unrestness of mind too. Mental tension causes headache, body pain & weakness etc….
and KHATTAK, I would say for you 'tajurba bolta hey':)
the morning sunlight has more of UV rays which act as catalyst in changing ergosterol to calciferol...:)
i agree with rishimba and khattak...it could be...
khattak, you may be right..as he gets up at 11 am and thats the reason he doesnt get the morning sunlight which makes vitamin-D..:)
ghazalz.....my better half is a Doctor & that makes me a Half Doctor.
btw..."neem hakeem khatra e jaaN hota hai" :-)
your nick says you are a doc...you should be knowing better..or is it an online advert..?
Yes, Dr.KHATTAK, You're right;)
Deficiency of Vitamin D.
I think there is nothing wrong with Doha, maybe the problem is in yours, maybe u r just stress coz i also felt the same thing...
