FAMILY VISA - RENEWAL - Any Amendment

Is there any rule amendment for Family Visa renewal in Qatar. Like we have to submit all the documents again what we did while we applied first time. Salary certificate, 6 month Bank Statement, Noc from Sponsor/Company, Water & Electricity bill.... etc etc
Please Help me if any update...

Amazing new feature from Ministry of Labour/Qatar for labour approval of family visa renewals.
If your family's (wife & kids under your sponsorship) visa is due to renewal and you require labour approval, no need to go through all the hassle of going to labour office and submitting personally.
Just send an SMS as follows:
To: 92727
Message: 7 followed by the RP number due for renewal (if your wifes's RP number is 27835601997, then the message is 727835601997)
You will immediately receive an acknowledgement from MoL with a file number which should be used to check online for approval. The approval should come within 2/3 working days.
