Family Food - Food Health Risk

Hi. I bought some fresh hot food from Family Food Centre on Airport Road yesterday, and whilst eating it I found a large sharp piece of metal in it, about the size of my thumb nail. The metal was dirty and rusty.

I know if i complain to FFC they will do nothing, but is it worth mentioning it to the government authorities?
