Fake job offers , my money stolen
By louiselouise •
Hi all , why it has became so difficult in Qatar to get a job , from 1 year and half that I'm trying without any result,I have tried so hard...the only thing I got spammed at the end and my money stolen from my bank account, so be always careful from fake job demands on internet offering big amount of salary, with 10 years work experience as head of section , admin , doc controller ,I thing Qatar is becoming less foreign staff demanding also because there are less projects, most of the projects are ending this year , so less jobs
Unfortunately, you've been taken advantage of because of a lack of awareness in this job market, or desperation or perhaps a lack of self confidence?
If you are well qualified with good experience no legitimate employer or recruiter will demand $$ from you.
If an applicant is grasping at any straw, then they are ripe for exploitation by frauds.
Is 4000 Riyals considered a good salary to live in Qatar?
I'm Egyptian and I'm offered a job as a Training and Development officer at a real estate company in Doha and they will provide accommodation (single) and transportation.
I have 4 yrs of experience in training and development and I'm currently not working.
My question is this offer worth to take?
i have gained some great experience in these fields as well as marketing
Sometimes the problem with applicants who barely invited for an interview or being selected to an application is the CV presentation. Being the jack of all trade is not appropriate now adays. Just be specific in one expertise or position that you are applying for and write only those that related to the position you wish to apply for.
It's really hard to find a good job anywhere in the world today when you are not competitive enough..
Unbelieveable : You are still out of work.
Believeable : You lost money.
I wish you a quick Good Luck !!
what company or fake company is that?
and (if I may ask) how in the world you ended up disclosing personal info so that your money could "fly out" without proper authorization. What kind of job was that? what kind of offer was that? was it a headhunter promising the best of the best but you had to "pay" for the VISA and all that???
There is no shortage of projects in Qatar, on the contrary more is yet to come.
Now the other question would what is your expertise? area of knowledge? degree? diploma? Just remember sometimes is hard for a certain career to get a job.
And also bear in mind that applying for a job demands lots of patience and time.
Regards!!
Qatar have many new projects, now the the planning s started that s right, but the project execution s not yet started, so the recruitment also getting slow. I feel as like that
Who told you Qatar is less project? Go the Urban Planning or Doha Municipality. You will be meet the Qatar biggest project.
It is difficult to get a job in many countries of the world especially when you are not a citizen of that country, Qatar is no different.
