failure in finger printing
HI,
I HAVE SOME CONCERN REGARDING FINGER PRINTING...
HOW MANY TIMES DO A PERSON GETS THEIR FINGER PRINT
WHEN THE OTHER ATTEMPTS WERE ALL FAILURE?.....
MY HUSBAND HAS A HYPERHIDROSIS ( EXCESSIVE PERSPIRATION )
OR SWEATY HANDS OR IN LAYMANS' WORD BUTTERFINGER...
FIRST TWO ATTEMPTS WERE ALL FAILURE....THE OFFICER SAID
COMPUTERS ARE VERY SENSTITVE IT WON'T READ WITH EVEN LITTLE
MOIST IN THE HANDS... NOW MY HUBBY APPLIED ALUMINUM CHLORIDE
TO STOP THE PERSPIRATION----THE RESULT WAS TOO DRY, THE COMPUTER
CANNOT READ AGAIN....HE WILL HAVE HIS 3RD ATTEMPT NEXT WEEK
AND WE ARE HOPING THAT THIS TIME IT WILL BE A SUCCESS...BUT JUST INCASE
IT CANT BE DONE AGAIN, IS THEIR ANYBODY WHO CAN ADVISE US WHAT
TO DO SINCE THE INK ARE ALREADY FACED OUT AND ANY IDEA OF HOW
MANY ATTEMPTS CAN WE DO THE FINGER PRINTING? IS THERE A LIMIT?
ALL IDEAS ARE ACCEPTED...WE ARE VERY DESPERATE....
STARR
medications for hyperhydrosis are easily available which will help to control it. i suggest you see a general physician before you go for your fingerprinting again.if you have tried medications and failed then the only other option is a surgery.
do it right - the first time!
what i know is if they can't do it by computer coz of too much hand/finger perspiration, they will ask you to do it by manual....means using those messy black carbonized paper ink where they will roll your fingers there... that's what they did to my colleague.. :)
