As far as I know, if you get in the country with a months tourist visa this is valid for a month. Before it expires you can go to Immigration next to the Doha Airport and renew it for another month. You can do this 2 times after entering the country. This way you can stay in the country for 3 consecutive months but before the third visa is expired you need to leave for at least a day and then you can return a new visit visa, renew it after a month etc... It will cost you 100 QR for each visa, so you pay in total 300 QR for 3 months including the entry visa.
At least this is how it goes for the European citizens. For the rest I do not know but you can always ask in the same place.
well..... if u have wasta then u'll get 15 days extension and that will cost u 200 and more 15 days 200.
