Expat conditions...

this one I really don' tknow.. for example, if French guy wants to go to London..can he live in London as much as he want? 6 months? 1 year? without getting any aproval from UK athorities? Just a question, because I really don't know that one..

being in the EU you can go and work for however long you want to, no restrictions

for example in Holland you still need to get approval from immigration even though EU law says as a citizen you can work there from day one...

Lots of French in London. Not surprised, if I was in France I would want to leave as well....

Plenty of French guys living and working in London. It applies all across the EU. Its part of the EU principles that embody free movement of labor. So, an English guy can go work and live in Italy and vice versa.
