Is Egovernment only for paying traffic fines?

There are lot of things a person can get done on a e-government website, however people keep it limited to traffic fines only. Do you think the e-government website needs to add more services?

To Renew the license thru e gov, driving license should be expired i guess, coz i try to renew form e gov, it is popping up with a message no expired license found, mine is getting expired after 10 days from now!!!

Thanks for the response Alex. However, most of the people don't use these services online. The queue in the govt. departments proves this.

Nope it's not limited to traffic fines only. I did renew my driving license and enjoyed the comfort of not going to traffic dept. in this summer heat. It was delivered directly to my house. Also I renewed my family health cards. How about that?
