DRINK WATER ON EMPTY STOMACH
It is popular in Japan today to drink water immediately after waking up every morning. Furthermore, scientific tests have proven its value. We publish below a description of use of water for our readers.

Ok...where to start on this one? Lol...last I checked, a headache is not a disease (first one on the list)...and my personal favorite Fatness??? WTF is THAT? LMAO.

Oh I guess I don't even need to comment on the claims to cure cancer!

Maybe i'm just over reacting...persuming the op had good intentions (to pass along potentially useful health information), one should still check their facts before posting stuff as an absolute.

I've heard of water being used to cleanse the system over a long period, but it's not a miracle cure for everything. And always be wary of the long term damage any deliberate vomit enducing scheme can cause you.

Be safe all.

Perfection does not exist. The question therefore, is: what level of imperfection are we willing to settle for?

This method is called "Jal-Dhoti" in Yoga. By which you wash your stomach just as you wash your body with a bath.

The actual method is to intake water (warm with a bit of salt -to induce vomiting) wait 15min & expell it as vomit.

Since it is in the morning there will be no food but only water & the acidic properties in the stomach.

If one is unable to vomit one can put his finger in his mouth to touch the back of his throat which will induce the vomiting sensation.

If one is unable to vomit it doesnt matter as the water will go out as urine. But you will not be able to enjoy a full breakfast with your tummy full with a litre of water.

According to Yoga all disease is the outcome of the dyfunctioning of the stomach and all cure can be made through it.

But the above tenure for treatment is absolutely false. One will take a minimum of a fortnight to even realise some difference. Once the tear & wear of the stomach lining (due to acidity, alcohol intake etc) is repaired would the person feel the difference. It is also an easy way to loose weight.
