My Question is ,What proper cloths for a women to wear in doha?Is it knee pants is ok?How about see through dress but longs sleeves style is that ok.I know its a silly question?I dnt know which to pack in my suite case....?Pls advice................Thanks
dress code for women typically means no tight clothing, cover shoulders preferably down to elbow, cover knees. try not to show too much flesh or body form. speaking as a local it means you get much more respect in the eyes of the locals and other conservatively minded people. qatar is trying to move forward as a nation and but we also want to hold on to our culture and traditions - typically us local women wear black abayas but we are so appreciative of anyone making an effort to blend in. thanks for asking about the dress code!

As long as you're not dressing skimpy, skimpy you will be fine. Sleeveless is even fine but just not little tiny straps. 3/4 length pants are fine too. Skirts below the knee...

Just be sensible and smart. Whatever doesn't make you feel self-conscious is ok.
Don't go to the malls in shorts but shorts are ok on the beach.
