Hi.. I have some Dollar notes which are very old, Now I would like to convert it to Riyals, I do have the bill of the notes I had purchased in India.
Can someone tell me where I can get it converted??
have you tried any bank? i have experienced in other country that a money changer refused US dollar bill because of the year (old) but banks should be able to help you with the issue. The problem they have lower rates...but better than nothing!
WHICH "Dollar" do you mean? There is Canadian Dollar, US Dollar, Australian, Taiwan, Namibian, Hong Kong dollar, Barbados Dollar... and even Kayman Islands Dollar....
and what do you mean "some Dollar".. do you have only one dollar?

do one thing keep it for some years and then try to auction it. Maybe you will get more than what you have now.
why blame Qatar for that.
May be its a rule from the American Treasury or whatever you call it.
It is original & indeed is a legal tender, but... the Qatar government seems to be accepting only new notes i.e. above year 2000 notes.
I never that any country would be soo rude..
how old is it. sometime back the old dollar notes were replaced by newer ones.

Maybe to an antique shop or money collector,
they could worth more than they are right now!
to any of the money changers. The US$ to QR rate is fixed. When you say "old", I assume they are still legal tender!
