They were in my compound and to quote them "Mister look.....the cat....very angry! It bites us"

if not cattle prods, take pofak/cheese curls and throw it in the cages, thats what i have seen crazy adults and ignorant children do.

dont know of mistreatment, but the animals looks so bored and lazy, and people keep feeeding the animals crap, which is very sad.the expression on the animals faces is "let the situation be reversed and see what we can do"

okay for visitng once or twice a year when the whether is pleasant.

I had heard good things about the zoo such as animal exchange with San Diego Zoo. I doubt SD Zoo would exchange with a zoo thats conditions were not up to scratch.

Best time to go? Never, if animal mistreatment distresses you. It's awful. :(
