Doha market fire and there is no loss of life

A fire broke out at a market in the old center of the capital Doha, Qatar, without causing casualties.

The Director of Civil Defense, Brigadier Abdullah Al Suwaidi said the fire started in one of the shops specialized in selling sports clothing market in Deira area of the old markets, and then spread to other shops in the market.

He went on to the island, said the fire was brought under control, stressing the lack of casualties in it.

With regard to the size of the material losses, Al Suwaidi said that he had not been estimated yet and the investigation is still underway into the causes of the fire
