This project was put on hold in 2008.
Restarted in 2010 but only convention centre. The tower remains on hold. Rumors are that it wont be built or its design will be completely changed.
PS. it has no purpose or need.

ongoing the construction of underground tunnel which connect the convention centre to sheraton basement via metro service. Sheraton park is also under construction these days.

find a link online, the design has changed, new architectural options are under consideration and once the decision is done, u will know..keep ur eyes on that signboard
