DIVORCE PROCESS IN INDIA

How is the divorce process in India when the reason is incompatibility? How long does it usually take? How much and until when does the husband need to pay wife. And howabout if there are three kids? Any info will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

You have to stay apart for 1 year after you press for divorce.....I guess.....then you sign the divorce papers .....I think so....both have to agree and sign.....

Usually there is a chase where the villian kidnapps the girl.....the hero rescues her and then they tear away the divorce papers.....include a song and dance in between......that was film style divorce...& reconciliation....lol

One of my distant realtive had a bitter divorce. It took him 7 years to complete the court drama.

why dont you meet any lawyer and ask them the same. There are a few Indian lawyers out here who would be willing to help you for a fee
