It will only help you get a promotion or open doors when the minimum qualification is an MBA. I will never look at a CV from a distance MBA candidate. An eMBA is acceptable but a full time MBA from a recognized B School is what you need to open doors to 'real' jobs. The experience and learnings from the full time MBA plus your pre qualification experience is what value you bring to the table.
Try CAT/CET or GMAT, get a full time MBA degree. HEC Paris in Qatar offers eMBA - expensive and not heard positive feedback from the first batch. They offer the best e MBA course in Europe though. QF should have more options.
ICFAI, Symbiosis, etc offer distance, if you just want the 3 letters. Symbio offers an excellent full time HR course. All the best.
The whole point of distance learning is that you don't need to go to a physical location.You can do an MBA with them in Qatar. Whether it's available to Indian Citizens though, that I'm not sure of.
