Hi, i'm a 26 years old and my wedding is in september this year and I have to loose 14kg. My height is 167cm and weight 78kg.

Who is in interested on a diet challenge? It is easier to loose weight together or with a goal. My next step is 8kg until the 02.04. (wedding dress fitting)

I start yesterday with fasten, only for one week. Let's see our body transformation.

Losing weight takes far more mental as well as physical life changes than simply starving yourself for a certain time frame. If you want to keep the weight off for good you need to focus on lifetime changes. There are many good websites that can help make your tasks easier. Personally I find the Calorie Count website very easy to grasp and full of invaluable info but perhaps you might find something better. But make sure you consult a doctor first before embarking on your weight-loss program. I had to learn the importance of this the hard way...so beware! All the best and hope you reach your goal soon, successfully.

you can do exercise even at home..play a good music one that makes you feel like dancing for 30mins or more after you can do floor exercises to tone your abs your arms and your legs..if you have no dumbells you can use bottled water :-)

it requires a strong self discipline and courage my friend..yes, fruit diet is one option but you have to take carbs also since you need energy for your exercise routine..just control your eating habits..you can still eat cake and chocolates once a week. Let's say a bite and a small slice..green apple really helps and banana..every morning before u eat anything have a glass of warm water and a drop of lemon juice on it..its a good detox..

hope u you will find this tips helpful

and last thing dont check your weight everyday you can doit once in 2 weeks or once a week

goodluck!

I don't want to loose 14kg in two weeks or something like that. I changed already my eating habits, but I had a fracture on my ankle and that over the Christmas time. Now I get physio and can't really do a lot sports only gym. :(

Its really make ur body slim….and keep on doing some jogging…real jogging..(u need to swet…)

Fasting alone wont do ….MY FRIEND…

The only way to lose weight and maintain it is by changing your eating/training/sleeping lifestyle for ever.

IF not, you will always gain more weight than what you lost and this is why people who diet a lot tend to get fatter as they age.

It is not a temporary thing. It is a lifestyle change. So, you need to not deprive yourself completely for everything you like at once.

msg me if you need any help. I know a lot about this topic and I have helped many others get to their goals.

I start only with fasting to purify my body, improve my nutrition and to change my eating habits. After this 5 days I will eat once a day and do everyday some exercises. It is not really fasting I drink a protein drink. With all-natural ingredients and scientifically proven formulas my body need.
