did your parents ever lie to you?

for whatever reason, did your parents ever lie to you?
if you caught them lying to you, what would be your reaction?
or if you are caught in-between lying parents(general stuff)would you confront them and scold them?
example:

you caught your father cheating on your mother would you tell your mother?reprimand your father?

your mother borrowing money from you, lying that she needs the funds for rent or car repair, but you accidentally caught her paying gambling debts?

or,both parents lying about their crumbling relationship to their children and they are caught in their web of LIES,LIES and more LIES?

cmon guys,,,do you address this as normal lying or its just denial at work?

Such bad memories. My parents never actually lied to me , but i know I was unwanted..

I remember the time I was kidnapped and they sent a piece of my finger to my father. He said he wanted more proof.

in my part of the world. Chanda Mama translates to Maternal Uncle in english. There are many bedtime stories around Chanda Mama and kids love them. It's more like fueling kids' senses by telling them that the object they are attracted to in the night sky is related to them.

even if they lie so what??? they are our parents who gave birth to us and its not our job to keep their records of lies but advicing them may be the solution.

even if my mother lie for or about something..i just smile & make fun out of it..i will just tease her, but not get into something serious. they are parents, and they are old.. whether they lie for your sake or for their own content, we should love them no matter what...

If they lied to me when I was a child just to make me happy or divert my attention, then I don't remember...when I grew up it was not required...

I never trust my parents they were a dysfunctional couple. No one is perfect.

My mom was a lunatic and Dad a womanizer.
