Critical Situation

Today morning when I woke up and left for work, I was surprised to see the whole ground/roads drenched in water. Seriously, someone has forgotten to close their water taps, please check now, the damage has resulted in water logging thus slowing traffic. Close water taps and check for any leakage. Also.... does anyone know why the sky is grey today? yesterday it was blue...

naah...its just few dead rats trapped in the drainage system due to which the water is overflowing...once they clear the dead rats, we have a funtastic drainage system.
